REACH-A-Child Delivers REACH BAGs to the Oshkosh Police and Fire Department

Thank you First English Lutheran Church for hosting a Reach A Child book drive to provide books to the Oshkosh Police Department and the Oshkosh Fire Department!

First responders keep these books in their emergency vehicles and use them to comfort children during crisis situations.
